My sister in laws, Marissa, Anjuli, me and ChantelleHoly Cow - it is already July 17th - where has the time gone?...well let me tell you a few possibilities. June 18th - June 28th - my sister in law from California and her kids were here. We had a great time- we did lots of fun things - 7 Peaks (rip-off), bowling, mini golf, a few movies, lots of swimming, and everynight dinners and games with the family. We had so much fun.
I had a few days of recovery and then it was 4th of July - again lots of swimming, eating and fireworks. Then I had to gear up for Youth Conference. Lots to do and plan. I went to Lava Hot Springs with 30 youth. It was great, however I totally tweeked my back - chasing a 14 year old boy while playing capture the flag - how stupid.....I forgot to tell my body that I'm not 14 anymore...Help! So that about sums up the last month.
This past week has been calmer and I'm trying to recover. I slipped a disk in my back so it looks like I will be going a little slower the next few weeks so I can recover and get to girls camp the end of July.

Yipes Rach! That sounds like a lot of pain. You poor thing! Let me know if you need anything during your recovery (like chocolate?!)!
