My baby started school today - I will say I was quite weepy and a little torn if I should leave him. I'm sure some moms are doing cartwheels right now, and maybe that will come with my new freedom, but not today. I will miss my sweet little buddy and will have a hard time knowing what to do with myself. I have learned I'm not one who likes to be alone - so I'm off to the gym - where I can run my lonliness away. Thanks goodness it's only Kindergarten and only 3 hours a day. Whew -- I will survive! Is it 11:18 yet?

I understand your sadness, I have gotten weepy every year thus far!First, when Alex went to kindergarten, second when he went to all day school and third when Andrew entered kindergarten, and I know I will when Aubrey goes in a few weeks!
This is exactly why I am not sending my last to preschool this year and will wait one more year...! She's my funny little buddy!
I can't believe it...he is so big! And I can so relate to your sadness. It is hard to watch your baby go off to school. Let's do lunch soon, then we can cry together.
Oh Rach, anytime that you want to not be alone, call me and you can have one of mine! :) Just kidding! I do have to admit that Ash talks about going to school everyday and I don't want her to grow up!

Oh Rachel... that is sad! Tate is my only one at home now and I will be heartbroken too when he leaves for school! But I'm sure Cole is loving kindergarten! He is such a cute little dude! I miss ya a ton girl! I feel like I never see you anymore.

I'm totally with you on that one! Clara will be gone ALL DAY this year, at least I still have one at home, but her first day, will surely be weepy! I hope you're hanging in there! :)
